About Me
I’m Sarah King… dating and relationship coach, author of Many Hearts, online course creator, podcast host of Embody Your Empress… and the heart and soul behind Empress Nation.

I work with driven, self-aware, spiritual women in their 30s and 40s who are tired of playing small in love. You’re successful, reflective, and still… when it comes to dating… you find yourself stuck in old patterns, people-pleasing, or giving your power away to the wrong connections.

With diplomas in both holistic and traditional counselling, years of experience in emotional support and coaching, and a spiritual lens grounded in lived experience, I bring more than just knowledge. I bring intuition, embodiment, deep compassion, and fierce truth-telling.
I like to say I’m a super empath… I don’t just hear what you’re saying, I feel what you’re carrying. And I hold the vision for your healing, even when your heart is still catching up.
Because I’ve been there too.
My spiritual awakening began with the birth of my daughter… a moment that cracked me wide open and awakened a deeper calling. Motherhood wasn’t a setback… it was a spiritual expansion. It taught me that we don’t need to split ourselves into pieces to belong… we get to be our full selves in love, life, and leadership.
And that’s what I help women do.
