I’m Sarah King… intuitive healer, energy practitioner, coach, author of Many Hearts, and the heart and soul behind Empress Nation.
For a long time, I was living life on autopilot. I looked successful on the outside but inside I was overwhelmed, disconnected, and doubting myself at every turn. My dark night of the soul cracked me open. Heartbreak, burnout, motherhood, and the pressure of holding it all together brought me to my knees.
It was messy. It was raw. And it was also the beginning of everything.
Because it was in that unraveling that I finally began to remember who I really was.
I started living with intention. I started trusting my intuition. I stopped abandoning myself to meet everyone else’s expectations. Piece by piece, I began to rise.
